We’re so glad you’re here! Follow these simple steps to create your account and complete your intake forms. Let’s get started!
The fastest way: Find Your Welcome Email
Check your inbox for an email from support@3yhealth.com with the subject "Welcome to 3Y Health."
Click the link in the email to set up your account.
Can’t Find the Email or having troubles with this link? No worries! Just follow these steps:
Go to the Client360 portal
→ Visit clients.3yhealth.com.
→ Click on Log In.
→ Enter the email address you used to book your appointment and click Continue.
→ If you enter the wrong email, you’ll see an error message. Just click Try Again to re-enter the correct email.
Reset Your Password
→ Once you enter the correct email, you’ll be directed to a page to enter your password.
→ Click on Forgot Password.
→ We’ll send you an email with a recovery code and a link to reset your password.
→ You can follow the link in the email OR copy the recovery code and paste it in the designated field.
→ Create a new password that meets our security requirements, then click Save at the bottom.
Log In to Your New Account
→ After saving your password, you’ll be automatically logged into your new account!
→ On the left side of your screen, you’ll find any required intake forms waiting for you.
→ On the right, you can see your upcoming appointments.
Join Your Appointment
→ To join an upcoming appointment, just click Join Call on the right side of the screen.
